Paul Miles

I just turned 40 and this is the second year as a firefly having taken up road cycling about 20 months ago. Last year I was totally humbled by the ride, the riders, the scenery and of course the cause. At times it seemed almost spiritual. It was up there with the most difficult things I have ever attempted but feel weirdly magnetised to the ride. I can’t wait to hear the sound of 140 cleats clicking into the pedals on the shores of Lake Geneva.
