After a well deserved break the fireflies set off again and straight into the snow. It was a hard day taking in 3 cols; Col du Lautaret, the epic and infamous Col du Izoard and the long Col du Vars.
But with legs feeling strong after a days rest we all managed to get through and to the welcome retreat of Barcelonnette.
